Part Three of Lumen: The Collected Works
The Radiant Light

The roots mirror the branches. Nothing reaches upward that is not, at the same moment, reaching down. It is an old symbol, older than any single tradition that claims it, and it holds the whole argument of this final part in one shape.
The Radiant Light turns outward. Having remembered the light and learned to live it, a harder question arrives: what will you build with it? This part is about the threshold where private insight becomes public consequence, and about what the crossing costs. Growth demands loss. Old identities cannot always come with us.
It is also insistent that none of this happens alone. We are shaped by the people we stand near, and our own becoming quietly gives others permission to begin theirs.
“Being the light is not about perfection. It is about presence.”
